The curtain rises in Piazza Goldoni on August 19 and 20 with a new production of Cavalleria Rusticana.

Directed by Plamen Kartalov, one of the leading figures on the European opera scene, and conducted by Enrico Fagone, this new production by the Fondazione Teatro Goldoni stands out for its artistic excellence and a strong commitment to accessibility, featuring the Coro delle Mani Bianche (White Hands Choir) and simultaneous translation into LIS (Italian Sign Language).

The stage will feature a top-tier cast including Valentina Boi, Amadi Lagha, and Devid Cecconi, performing alongside the emerging talents of the “Voci Mascagnane” Competition and the Mascagni Academy in a true dialogue between generations.
